Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our company’s customers by professionally addressing inquiries, accurately process orders and proactively resolving issues.

 

You’ll be a great fit if you like to:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on our products and services.
  • Process orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries and working with our customers to provide a solution to their needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Contributes ideas to the continued improvement of customer service.
