Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our company’s customers by professionally addressing inquiries, accurately process orders and proactively resolving issues.
You’ll be a great fit if you like to:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on our products and services.
- Process orders for new or additional products or services.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries and working with our customers to provide a solution to their needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Contributes ideas to the continued improvement of customer service.
