Work in Millstadt, IL in a climate controlled facility.
SUMMARY:
The Production employee must follow work instructions, assemble various manufactured products, use many power tools, perform manufacturing duties as assigned, and meet established production and quality standards. The responsibilities of a Production employee’s role may vary. They may also be tasked with performing quality checks and cleaning and maintaining production equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow work instructions for all manufactured products.
- Ensure production and quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to a strict timeline.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, specifications, and parts lists.
- Must pass Skills Assessment for Tape Measure and Power Tools.
PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Continuously standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting in the normal course of work.
- Frequently lifting, handling, and maneuvering up to 85 lbs.
- Frequently using hands. Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands.
- Hand-eye coordination in the normal course of work using hand/power tools.

- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Power tools: 1 year (Preferred)
