Quality Control

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
  • Inspect goods as they are in process and finished product.
  • Examine materials from suppliers before sending them to production.
  • Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
  • Perform quick visual inspections as required.
  • Must be able to read and understand product prints / specifications.
  • Perform complex tests using instruments and equipment as required.
  • Test, measure, and analyze products.
  • Perform inspections at all levels of the process.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure company is meeting the standard codes in the manufacturing process (FDA – CFR 21, ISO 9001:2008)
  • Record pass/fail grade of products in the Quality Inspection Databases.
  • Use thermometers, voltmeters, or other test equipment to test products.
  • Performs other as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience: 1 – 2 Years of experience in Quality Assurance, FDA CFR 21, ISO 9001:2008 and awareness of.
  • Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Understanding / working knowledge of customer requirements globally
  • Customer focused team player, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and resolve problems while maintaining productive working relationships with partners.
  • Must be able to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel (pivot tables), Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Access database, knowledge, and experience of a modern ERP system (Intuitive ERP preferred)

Physical Functions:

  • Continuously standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
  • Frequently lifting, handling, and maneuvering 85 lbs.
