Warming Cabinet Turns 16 Years Old!

This warming cabinet just turned 16 years old. All those years it nobly warmed blankets and fluids for patients without a single issue. However, it was recently returned to the factory to be updated to current standards.

We take immense pride in these types of scenarios and took the opportunity to completely upgrade it with our modern components that are required in the current healthcare market. This is easily done with our drawer system design, which allows us to swap heating units in minutes for easy repair or replacement.

And what does every 16-year-old want on their birthday? A set of wheels.

Lucky for this warmer, we made birthday dreams come true and set it up with a mobile base to aid in maneuverability, along with all the other updates we made.

We build our products to last, and this is a true testament to that quality and in addition, our company’s devotion to customer service. We hope to see this warmer again in another 16 years down the road, as steady as ever.

New Robotic Welders

The Robotics department at MAC Medical provides support to various departments and teams in the plant by welding a large variety of repeatable sub-assemblies, and in some cases complete finished items. Using robotics instead of traditional welding-by-hand ensures consistent welding and fit-up, as well as greatly reducing turnaround time and increasing production without the need for additional resources.

Lasertube LT5 Fiber Laser Cutter Installation

The latest addition to our manufacturing plant is the BLM Lastertube LT5 Fiber Laser Cutter. The robust, easy to use LT5, which cuts multiple shapes and sizes of tubing, is designed for high production and less frequent product changes.

The LT5 takes up less space and is more efficient with lower power consumption. The faster cutting speed of nitrogen assist fiber laser cutting on thin materials more than doubles machine productivity compared to CO2 cutting, making it an excellent addition to the MAC Medical production workflow.

Members of the police were on hand to accept the generous gifts and will distribute them to children in the Millstadt area.

Celebrating A Milestone!

MAC Medical has crossed another milestone in the history of our company. Today we celebrate 20 years in business! We take this opportunity to thank each of you for being a special part of our story.

What began as a vision from Dennis and Stacey Cooper to build a company with a foundation of quality, integrity, and high focus on creating solutions, has grown to more than 120 full-time employees with products worldwide.

We are grateful to our distributors, partners, and customers who trust us to provide them with quality built, American made products. Their feedback and challenges have pushed us to continually improve and inspire us to be better.

Our success story remains incomplete without acknowledging the hard work of our valued employees. They play a pivotal role in the development of our company. It is their enthusiasm, support, and dedication that have brought us to this height.

We plan to keep our business growing and will continue to provide products that are nothing less than the best.

Here’s to the next 20 years!
